Welcome to Sound Consulting
choice for children, and navigating organizational decisions in a complex world. Christine Pape and David Beecher have the professional and personal front-line experience to provide their clients with superior advice, strategic counsel, and compassionate service. Ms. Pape has extensive experience in the health care field, first in a psychiatric facility, later in personal recovery care, and then in the hospice consulting area. Additionally, Chrissie and her late husband Andrew raised four children—one with significant special needs, two with learning differences and one who pursued an advanced educational track, guiding each child through a unique decision making path.
Mr. Beecher has had a storied career as an independent school and college administrator, faculty member and coach. He has also owned his own business in the professional sports arena and most recently has served with two nationally known consulting firms. He and his late wife Carrie have raised two daughters, each of whom attended independent schools and college with very different interests. David also provided support to Carrie during her eight-year battle with early onset Alzheimer’s.
Sound Consulting was created to help families and organizations make sound choices when faced with life’s anticipated and unanticipated, crucial decisions. Chrissie and David bring their vast professional experiences to provide families and non-profit organizations the needed expertise; they also call on extensive personal experience that guides and illuminates their wise counsel in a clear, compassionate manner at a time when families and non-profit organizations most need clarity and support.
